Team Training

Teams can book team trainings in 30 minute – 2 hour sessions

  • Drills will consist of:
  1. Early warm up work (Stretching, 3 man weave, 3 on 2 with a trailer, 5 man weave)
  2. Competitive team drills (Shell drill, Warrior drill, Rebounding shell drill)
  3. Short drill work (Drills similar to 1 on 1 training)
    • Ball handling
    • Shooting
  4. Competitive Games
    • 5 on 5 Scrimmaging
    • 3 on 3 Full court King of the Court drill
