Team Training
Teams can book team trainings in 30 minute – 2 hour sessions
- Drills will consist of:
- Early warm up work (Stretching, 3 man weave, 3 on 2 with a trailer, 5 man weave)
- Competitive team drills (Shell drill, Warrior drill, Rebounding shell drill)
- Short drill work (Drills similar to 1 on 1 training)
- Ball handling
- Shooting
- Competitive Games
- 5 on 5 Scrimmaging
- 3 on 3 Full court King of the Court drill
